Today’s post is all about independent wallpaper designer, Linda Hasking, also known as Identity Papers. Linda Hasking – Identity Papers Here she is, well, half of her. Linda’s story behind Identity Papers began with two hundred and twenty two photos. “Shots I took of every single object in my living room became my first wallpaper, Mi Casa Su Casa.” Mi Casa Su Casa That very first wallpaper design became the foundation for her brand. Linda views her wallpapers as a portrait, this design itself being a self-portrait. This idea of the self-portrait developed further, and now her photo-collage wallpapers can be custom made using your very own images. Mi Casa Su Casa – Monochrome Great idea no? Barnaby & Co

**Fab place to shop alert!** Barnaby & Co are an independent retailer selling specially selected homewares, art and gifts both online and in their new Brixton store. Launched in 2015 by Julianna and Jonathon, these guys were on a mission to bring colour and style into your home. More importantly perhaps, pieces with heritage and a story to tell rather than mass-produced “stuff” designed to be thrown away after a few months. Photo credit – Appear Here Barnaby & Co have curated a fine selection of work from independent designers and makers across Europe, including; Rosa & Clara Designs Matt Needle Sabrina Fosse Plus a perfectly sized collection from larger design houses such as Bloomingville.   Bloomingville Despite being relatively new to the scene, Barnaby & Co have been featured in several publications including The World of Interiors and Vogue. A most beautifully elegant independent online store, featuring pieces from a small range of designers and makers. “OBJECT WAS BORN OUT OF PASSION TO CREATE A VIRTUAL HOME FOR ARTISAN DESIGN FOR THE HOUSE, WARDROBE AND WEDDING.
